CloudWorx

Leica CloudWorx plug-ins let you work with laser scan point clouds directly in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit and Navisworks, using the tools you already know. Choose your license, then pick your platform (AutoCAD Pro, AutoCAD Basic, BricsCAD Pro, BricsCAD Basic, Revit, Navisworks or ULTIMATE).

Which platform is right for you?

  • AutoCAD Pro if you create 2D and 3D as-builts, fit pipes and steel, or check floor flatness in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Plant 3D or Map 3D
  • AutoCAD Basic if you mainly need to view and clip point clouds as a reference in AutoCAD
  • BricsCAD Pro if you model and create linework from point clouds in BricsCAD
  • BricsCAD Basic if you mainly need to view and clip point clouds as a reference in BricsCAD
  • Revit if you model existing buildings in BIM, from walls and floors to doors, windows and pipes
  • Navisworks if you review point clouds against design models and check for clashes

What each option includes

  • AutoCAD Pro and BricsCAD Pro — pipe, flange and steel fitters, 2D lines, polylines and arcs, QuickSlice and Auto-Fit Polyline, clash checking, floor flatness and levelness (ASTM E1155), SmartPicks, orthoimages, UCS orientation tools, the TruSpace panoramic viewer, and E57, LAS and PTX import
  • AutoCAD Basic and BricsCAD Basic — point cloud viewing: open LGSx files, connect to Hexagon GeoCloud and Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS, load several point clouds at once, intensity and true colour, colour by elevation, limit boxes, sections, slices and fences, and level-of-detail display (no modelling tools or TruSpace)
  • Revit — wall, floor and roof, door, window, column, duct, pipe, flange and steel fitters, walls from a floor plan polyline, align cloud to model, clash checking, floor flatness and levelness, grids, orthoimages and the TruSpace panoramic viewer
  • Navisworks — clash checking, Auto-Fit Polyline, the TruSpace panoramic viewer synced to your Navisworks view, and E57, LAS and PTX import
  • ULTIMATE — one license that runs CloudWorx for AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BricsCAD, one plug-in at a time
